Position Summary
The EMT AEMT PRN is responsible for responding to medical emergencies and delivering advanced life support during patient transport. You will collaborate with emergency responders to assess situations and provide critical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate emergency medical vehicles and respond to urgent calls.
- Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer emergency medical care to patients in need.
- Perform advanced procedures under challenging circumstances.
- Ensure patient safety during transport and communicate vital information to medical personnel.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- High School diploma or GED.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or equivalent EMT/AEMT certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire).
