As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to emergency and critical care patients, working closely with our veterinarians and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including triage, stabilization, and treatment of emergency and critical care patients
- Assist in patient stabilization through IV catheter placement, drug/fluid therapy, and CPR as needed
- Perform diagnostic tests, monitor patients, and maintain accurate and legible medical records
- Educate clients on patient care, medication instructions, and monitoring tips during discharge
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent communication with clients
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) certification
- Experience in emergency and critical care veterinary medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and client service
