Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. This role will be responsible for processing orders, verifying customer information, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and confirm customer information
  • Verify product SKUs and prices
  • Enter orders manually and print shipping labels
  • Review open orders and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with accounting tasks, including receiving and verifying invoices from vendors
  • Enter vendor invoices into Sage 100 and process expense reports
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Assist with weekly check run and file check copies
  • Collect credit card receipts and assist with monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Assist with return merchandise data entry
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sage 100 and other accounting software
