Position Overview:

We are in search of a talented and imaginative Ideas Manager to lead the creative direction for our YouTube channel. This pivotal role involves shaping our content strategy to ensure our videos captivate and resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for filmmaking, a knack for generating innovative ideas, and a talent for developing engaging stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and refine engaging video ideas for our regular YouTube content.
  • Oversee the creative workflow from concept development to script review.
  • Guide writers, manage script creation, and provide insightful feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and audience interests to enhance content creation.
  • Evaluate viewer feedback and performance analytics to improve content strategies.
  • Offer creative leadership to writers and team members, promoting a culture of creativity.
  • Ensure all content reflects the values and mission of the Dhar Mann brand.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Ideas Manager or in a similar capacity, producing high-quality digital content.
  • Background in screenwriting for short films, especially in drama and family-oriented genres.
  • Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills across diverse genres.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager.

Work Environment:

Our operations offer flexibility, including potential remote work options.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week; specifics will be discussed during the interview.
