Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, demonstrating empathy and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient admission and discharge plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing required (Associate's degree).
  • Current State of Indiana Registered Nurse license and active Compact State RN license required.
  • 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
