  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and execute in-store business and sales strategies.
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations, holding store teams accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Control payroll and supply budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Perform and oversee basic operational activities, including scheduling, target shrink audits, physical inventory, and merchandise flow processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, loss prevention policies, operating procedures, and controls, conducting associate training to reinforce proper controls.
  • Administer operational processes, including inventory receipt/dispatch, daily replenishment of floor merchandise levels, and execution and preparation of physical inventories.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales teams to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
  • Train and coach sales teams to ensure product knowledge and selling skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track records in sales and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, training, and team-building skills.
  • Able to communicate with customers and staff.
