The Consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and deliver effective, scalable solutions that optimize our operational processes and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement tailored applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Engage with business stakeholders to collect and interpret requirements, converting them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to offer actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Automate business processes and workflows through Power Automate, integrating with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications as necessary.
- Develop and manage chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer service and internal communication.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize Power Platform solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Power Platform solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and features in Microsoft Power Platform, recommending and implementing enhancements as suitable.
- Document solutions, including design, configuration, and user guides, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Demonstrated experience as a Power Platform specialist or in a similar capacity, with a strong history of designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Power Platform.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capability to grasp complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
