Service Writer

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team at Leonard Bus Sales, Inc. in our Deposit facility. As a Service Writer, you will play a critical role in managing the workflow of incoming and outgoing customer units, communicating with the Service team, scheduling drivers, and ensuring clear expectations are set and achieved.

• Manage and direct the workflow of customer units, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Communicate effectively with the Service team, scheduling drivers, and following up with customers to ensure clear expectations are met.
• Utilize computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and related departmental software to research and look up information.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of Service Writer experience, preferably in a dealership environment, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Minimum Salary: 40,000

Maximum Salary: 50,000
