The Project Leader acts as the principal representative of the project and is accountable for the effective completion of projects for significant stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to function as a persuasive and cooperative member of the leadership team.
  • Capability to cultivate a client base and sustain robust client relationships.
  • Proficient in facilitating meetings, delivering presentations, and employing effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong financial acumen – demonstrated history of achieving group profitability and revenue growth.
  • Ability to advocate for process execution and seamless project delivery in collaboration with departmental leadership.
  • Active community engagement through volunteering on boards, commissions, and organizations as a representative of McClure Engineering Company.
  • Established presence in the municipal infrastructure sector.
  • Thorough understanding of construction and infrastructure financing.
  • Familiarity with various local, state, and federal funding sources.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater technological advancements is preferred but not mandatory.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Seven to ten years of project management experience in public or private infrastructure, municipal planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a profitable team.
  • Consistent success in establishing new and maintaining existing client relationships.
