Key Responsibilities
  • Manage DiSTI's ISO 9001 program, including producing, reviewing, and editing technical documents, release notes, tutorials, user manuals, and quality processes and procedures.
  • Audit corporate and project quality procedures for compliance with standards and quality processes.
  • Analyze training procedures for projects to determine software requirements and training implementations.
  • Develop new technical user manuals, tutorials, and release notes for products and services.
  • Review and update quality management system documents, processes, and templates.
  • Continuously learn new concepts and become recognized as an expert in certain domains.
Requirements
  • BS Degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in the QA field in the software industry.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the CMMI model is a plus.
