Quality Improvement Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Northside Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in Atlanta, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the quality of our services. We are seeking a skilled Quality Improvement Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, developing quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data, and implementing plans for process improvement. They will work closely with the medical staff and providers to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with medical staff and providers to develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse
  • 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
  • Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience in acute care and quality management, as well as gerontology experience
