Loan Officer Team Lead Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in mortgage loan origination and leadership. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate and process loan applications for clients seeking financing for various purposes
  • Gather necessary financial information and documentation from clients to complete loan applications
  • Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on established criteria
  • Collaborate with processors and underwriters to ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 24 months of experience in loan origination in a broke model setting
  • Previous experience leading a team is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures, including documentation requirements, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance
