Position Overview:

Role: Project Manager with Java Background

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile methodologies to ensure effective project execution.
  • Interpret and convert business and technical requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Develop user stories and guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Organize and lead collaborative stakeholder meetings to gather and document detailed business requirements and project goals.
  • Oversee change management initiatives for platform improvements, including stakeholder engagement, user guide creation, training material development, and process enhancement for affected users.
  • Employ strong communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment with client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to convey project status and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless transition from requirements to execution.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation and timelines effectively.
  • Java development experience is preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target across all locations in the United States. Individual compensation is determined based on work location, job level, and other factors such as skills, experience, and education. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of performance bonuses or other incentives.
