Position Overview:
Job Title: Project Manager with Java Background
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
- Translate both business and technical requirements into actionable tasks.
- Develop user stories and oversee projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Organize and lead collaborative stakeholder meetings to gather and document detailed business requirements and project goals.
- Manage change initiatives for platform upgrades, including coordinating with key stakeholders, creating user documentation, and developing training materials.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to ensure a clear understanding of client needs and alignment.
- Prepare and present updates to communicate project status effectively.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure a seamless transition from requirements to execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and timelines.
- Preferred background in Java development.

Compensation:
The salary range provided reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as work location, job level, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
