  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
  • Visitor Management: Verify the identification of visitors and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Enforcement of Rules and Regulations: Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Training and Experience: Training in security or law enforcement is preferred. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is also preferred.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Security officer certification or license as required by local regulations.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Abilities: May be required to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to respond quickly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
  • Vision and Hearing: Vision (corrected if necessary) to monitor surveillance footage, identify suspicious activities, and perform routine patrols effectively. Adequate hearing to detect alarms, radio communications, and sounds indicating potential security breaches.
Work Environment

This role is onsite requiring the associate to be on property daily. May be required to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on security needs. Must be available for on-call duties to respond to security incidents.
