About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality behavioral services to clients in their homes and community settings
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide training and support to families on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with at least one completed college course, or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Availability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical activities with children
