About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager at Waterway Carwash, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly employees, managing daily operations, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hourly employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher (or current college senior)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role (preferably in a retail or hospitality setting)
  • Available to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekends and holidays)
