At The University of Vermont Health Network, we're seeking highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our esteemed anesthesia care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional anesthesia care and support, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be essential in administering anesthesia, conducting patient assessments, executing and monitoring anesthesia care plans, and ensuring the highest patient outcomes through effective teamwork.

Key qualifications for this role include:

* Relevant Vermont license and certification by appropriate boards (NBCRNA for CRNA, NCCAA for CAA)
* Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; Master's degree from an accredited CRNA or CAA program
* 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
* Strong knowledge of medication safety and adherence to compliance protocols

This position reports to the Clinical Coordinator/Lead of Anesthesiology APP Practice and the Business Director of Anesthesiology. You will be expected to adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards, and may be exposed to infectious agents.
