The Riverbend School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Toddler Teacher to join their team. This 10-month, full-time position comes with a salary of $45,000 per year, which is competitive with industry standards.

About the Role

As a Toddler Teacher at the Riverbend School, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Montessori teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for children aged 15 months to 3 years. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in designing and preparing a stimulating Montessori environment that promotes cognitive, social/emotional, and physical development.
  • Working closely with the Lead Teacher to ensure the daily activities of the classroom are safe, predictable, and consistent.
  • Supporting the preparation of materials and furnishings to meet the needs of the class.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • A commitment to furthering diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in education.
  • Clear CORI and fingerprinting checks.
