Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This role involves delivering high-quality music instruction to students, utilizing our patented teaching method, Books and Method App. The ideal candidate will maximize student learning, ensuring they grasp music fundamentals beyond just songs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document thoughtful lesson plans using our proprietary teaching method.
  • Communicate with parents through quality lesson notes and assignments in the School of Rock Method App.
  • Interact regularly with parents and students, maintaining a visible presence at the school.
  • Pitch in during canceled lessons, contributing to the overall program execution.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience teaching or performing music professionally.
  • In-depth knowledge of music theory and curriculum design.
  • Excellent customer relations skills, with the ability to handle diverse customers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A patient, enthusiastic, and flexible demeanor.
