We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Pre-Admission Testing Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Mills Park Surgery Center. As a valued member of our perioperative services team, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care and ensuring a smooth surgical experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care using the nursing process and medical plan of care.
- Support the mission, vision, and values of USPI, a leading provider of ambulatory surgical services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote a positive patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest surgical procedures and best practices to provide exceptional patient care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in preoperative or PACU settings.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is highly preferred.
- Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
