As a Registered Nurse on our Medical/Surgical Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and coordinate the delivery of nursing services for pre/postoperative and medical patients throughout their hospital stay. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice and ensuring seamless communication with the patient care team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and manage patient flow within the unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs
