Job Summary

As a Night Time Cleaning Specialist at Mike's Carwash, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our wash tunnel. Your primary responsibility will be to execute a variety of manual tasks to clean tunnel walls, floors, and equipment after normal operating hours. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Execute the Mike's Purpose. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a clean, quick, and safe carwash experience every time.
  • Abide by our Values. Uphold the company's core values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, and Profitability in all aspects of your work.
  • Customer Satisfaction. Maintain the interior of the property to ensure customers feel comfortable and safe.
  • Training. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Security. Ensure the location is secure before leaving each night by double-checking doors and setting the alarm.
Work Schedule
  • Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
  • Shifts typically begin at 9:00pm.
  • Must be available to work at least 3 days a week.
Physical Demands
The physical demands of this position include standing or walking continuously, sitting occasionally, and performing repetitive movements. The employee must be able to lift 50lbs. for up to 3 feet, pull 10lbs. for up to 10 feet, and carry up to 50lbs. for 10 feet. The employee may also be required to bend, kneel, and balance.

Work Environment
The work environment is indoors with ladders and requires the employee to wear safety shoes/boots. The employee will work alone or with dust, odors, noise, and vibrations, and will be exposed to chemicals.
