Nursing Assistant Specialist

The Nursing Assistant Specialist is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing physical and emotional support to patients in a variety of settings. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• STNA or CNA certification required
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
• May work in a variety of settings, including homes, hospitals, and facilities
• May be required to work evenings and weekends to meet patient needs
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
