- Implement daily routines, including naps, meals, diapering, and dressing, while ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents through daily updates and positive interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using software.
- Assist and supervise children in daily activities, including daily routines and learning centers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of each child's history, health, and release information.
- Use positive discipline techniques to manage child behaviors and promote a positive learning environment.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- CDA or Early Childhood Development Education.
- Associates Degree or a Bachelor's Degree in Education preferred.
- 1+ years' experience in providing quality care to young children.
- Ability to pass a background criminal check, a TB test, obtain a Food Service Worker permit, and certification in First Aid, Adult/Child/Infant CPR, and AED.
