About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1,800 per week, with opportunities for bonuses and quarterly incentives.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in diesel engine repair, with a strong background in preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs. A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake, and tire work
  • Diagnostics and repairs of complex mechanical and electronic problems
  • Remote triage and roadside assistance
  • Facility maintenance duties
  • Interact with customers and drivers to determine the nature of complaints
Benefits
  • Average weekly pay: $1800
  • Hourly pay: $45.00 per hour
  • Quarterly bonus: up to $500 every quarter
  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000 paid in two installments
  • Paid time off starts accruing from day one
  • MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, 401(K), and other benefits start at 30 days
  • 12 weeks of paid maternity leave
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or technical certification, post-secondary degree, or technical certifications are preferred
  • BASIC TOOLS ARE REQUIRED
  • Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A, preferred
