SUMMARY:
The Library Operations Specialist is required to possess at least one (1) year of relevant experience in the management, cataloging, tracking, and disposal of classified materials (including documents and media) within a secure setting, or equivalent training in logistics, inventory management, and documentation systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
• Exhibit proficiency in downloading and transmitting classified communications, and performing semi-annual audits of media and documentation.
• Conduct reviews of Audit Logs and prepare analytical reports with findings.
• Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to support various projects.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with engineers, project managers, and senior leadership, both in writing and verbally.
• Show initiative and a willingness to learn new processes and protocols.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience or equivalent training in logistics and inventory management.
• Must possess a DOD Secret security clearance and be eligible to obtain an SSBI.

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, manipulate objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; communicate verbally; and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions. The noise level in the workplace is typically moderate and consistent with office and laboratory settings.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. A satisfactory background check, negative drug screening, positive references, and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for The Tatitlek Corporation are required. Occasional travel may be necessary.
