Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as guaranteed work hours and payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.

Job Description

As a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing their needs. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy in individual and group settings. Collaboration with teachers and parents is essential to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Vermont State SLP License is required, along with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
