SUMMARY:
The Strategic Business Growth Manager is tasked with generating new business prospects for HUB Gulf South.
This role collaborates with the sales leadership and production teams to devise and implement a strategic sales approach that encompasses proactive outreach, relationship building, and community engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the HUB Gulf South Region through proactive outreach, referrals, and leveraging existing relationships.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for top HUB Gulf South producers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with various business units, including specialized sectors (Trade Credit, Cyber, Financial, and Professional Services).
Consistently strive to exceed sales performance objectives.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with prospects.
Ensure a consistent communication strategy with the sales team.
Work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives.
Support the sales team in new business endeavors.
Additional duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
