- Manage Cooperative Education initiatives for on-site visits.
- Collaborate with cooperative managers to create tailored educational strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify customer needs, competitor actions, and market dynamics.
- Establish marketing criteria for product offerings.
- Formulate and uphold marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
- Guide documentation and marketing teams to secure favorable media exposure.
- Advise service partners on marketing and sales strategies.
- Effectively oversee the marketing and sales budget.
- Craft and implement a strategic approach to align user support services with organizational goals.
- Analyze customer data, competitor insights, and market trends to inform strategic marketing and sales adjustments.
- Ensure strategic efforts are in harmony with the objectives set by leadership.
- Engage with industry media professionals to manage proposals and social media initiatives, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategic efforts to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Recruit, assign roles, develop work plans, and assess the performance of team members.
- Provide guidance and manage employee conduct as necessary.
- Organize tasks and oversee the workflow of support services and marketing specialists.
- Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders.
- Manage external contractors for additional marketing and design needs.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
- Experience in marketing agricultural products or services.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication and educational abilities.
- Familiarity with dairy herd management principles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to conduct independent research and manage projects effectively.
- Willingness to travel for industry engagements.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
