  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience: 2+ years of HR administration experience and high-volume call/contact center experience preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Prior experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow Case and Knowledge Management is preferred.
