Position Overview: Project Engineer

The Project Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the assigned Project Manager with project planning, execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating all contractual obligations and project specifications, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Document Management
  • Support with Change Orders, Requests for Information (RFI), and Submittal Tracking
  • Contract Management
  • Punch List Oversight
  • Project Closeout Documentation
  • Assistance with the Permit Process
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract amendments, specifications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals is advantageous.
  • Experience with advanced Project Management software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard project deliverables and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and organize personal and team activities.
