We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a Senior Financial Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our high-priority programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain budget baselines, ensuring accurate Estimate at Completions (EAC)
  • Deliver key customer reports, including IPMR, CFSR, and WBS
  • Conduct detailed weekly analysis of actual costs, cost and schedule variance analysis
  • Review funding and contract modifications, and identify risks and opportunities to contain program cost exposures
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong in Excel
  • Strong communicator
  • Prior program finance experience, including Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build new processes or change existing ones
  • Detailed with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Experience with multiple contract types and language
  • Working knowledge of EVM principles
  • Experience with cost control and risk management

Security Clearance

This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule

The selected candidate will work part-time remotely and part-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
