Role Summary
Pet Evolution seeks a skilled and caring Pet Groomer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and grooming services to dogs, ensuring they leave our salon feeling relaxed and looking their best. Your responsibilities will include greeting and interacting with customers, assessing and addressing individual pet needs, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless client transitions.

  • Utilizing technical skills to provide personalized grooming services, ensuring each pet leaves our salon feeling happy and healthy.

Responsibilities
As a Pet Groomer at Pet Evolution, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting customers and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their pet's specific needs and preferences.
  • Bathing, clipping, and styling dogs to meet breed-specific standards.
  • Drying, brushing, and trimming nails to maintain optimal coat health.
  • Cleaning ears, expressing glands, and brushing teeth to ensure overall well-being.


Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in dog grooming, preferably in a salon or pet grooming environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and precise grooming results.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 60 pounds regularly, with ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established protocols and procedures.
