About the Role

This Advanced Technical Specialist position requires a strong foundation in IT systems, applications, and protocols, as well as exceptional customer service and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a Tier 2 or higher role, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer and user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  2. Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware, software, network, security, or other systems.
  3. Follow up with customers and users to ensure their satisfaction and provide additional support or guidance as needed.
