- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, if employed at a skilled nursing center, or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
