About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients requiring advanced medical treatment.

The estimated salary for this role is $93,000 - $122,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures or functions as ordered by medical providers.
  • Document patient care in the medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
  • Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas or compact license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • 1+ year of PCU experience preferred.
