As a Registered Nurse at BRIA, you will provide direct care to residents, supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, chart and maintain documentation for residents, prepare and administer medications, and develop a positive working rapport with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care to residents with complex needs.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Administer medications safely and effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues to create a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
- Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
