Position Overview:
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist. If you have a passion for enhancing the lives of children through effective speech therapy, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Speech-Language Pathologist position, candidates must possess:
- A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA certification
- A valid State Speech Language Pathology License

It is essential for all Speech Language Pathologists to hold a state license. PDS provides assistance through the licensing process for those who do not yet have a license in their respective state.

Daily Responsibilities:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your daily activities will revolve around improving the communication abilities of children. This role is pivotal in preparing them for success both academically and socially.

You will deliver high-quality services tailored to each student’s Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments
- Writing detailed reports to identify strengths and areas needing improvement in speech, fluency, language, and oral motor skills.
