Housing Stability Specialist

About the Role:
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Housing Stability Specialist to join our team at House of Mercy Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled case manager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals living with HIV/AIDS who are houseless or at risk of becoming houseless.
In this critical role, you will provide essential support services to help clients achieve economic and social/emotional self-sufficiency. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized case plans, link clients with community resources, conduct home visits, and maintain an average caseload of 13 clients in temporary, transitional, and permanent housing.
To succeed as a Housing Stability Specialist, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
A competitive salary of $$55,000 - $65,000 per year reflects the importance of this role in supporting the mission of House of Mercy Inc.
