QSR Restaurant Supervisor

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
The Dairy Queen Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising and training food service staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and addressing customer concerns. Key responsibilities include:
- Enforcing performance standards, policies & procedures.
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward customers and co-workers.
- Maximizing cost-effectiveness within the department.
- Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment and the appearance of the venue in accordance to LDC's standards.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also be familiar with basic calculator skills, inventory controls, and tribal, federal, state, and local sanitary regulations regarding food preparation, maintenance, and storage. Additionally, you should be able to maintain a consistent and regular attendance record and participate in new menu implementations and promotions.
