Job Description

Rosecrance Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at the Harrison Campus in Rockford, IL. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorder and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients and promote a supportive environment for recovery.
  • Assess physical and medical needs of assigned clients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client service records and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement activities and maintain knowledge of current infection control techniques.

Requirements:

  • A current Illinois RN or LPN license.
  • Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
