Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated and knowledgeable instructors to engage with high school students in our enrichment programs focused on college advising and test preparation. This role requires in-person instruction for students in grades 9 through 12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential.
- Deliver creative and meaningful academic experiences.
- Maintain a consistent schedule and be available during school hours and after school.
- Provide in-person instruction at designated locations.
- Document detailed notes after each instructional session.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain open communication.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Reliable and punctual, residing within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Able to establish strong connections with students.
- Desire to contribute to a growing and dynamic organization.
- Completed a minimum of four years of higher education.
- Preferably possess teaching certification.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.
