Job Summary

This role is responsible for the profitable operation of a specific shift, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest service, quality, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Enforce all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures, ensuring knowledge and adherence among team members.
  • Drive profitability by operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth.
  • Provide leadership to the restaurant team, promoting superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embodying the Firehouse Subs culture and mission.
  • Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
  • Participate in training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the General Manager.
  • Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and accomplished on schedule.
  • Actively participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
  • Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner on any issues impacting the business.
  • Able to work on their feet for up to 12 hours at a time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
