Job Overview

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Reebok, you will be an integral part of the management team, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. Your responsibilities will include executing assigned store operations, maintaining a visually appealing store, and fostering a positive work environment that engages and develops your team members and customers. You will be expected to operate with a sense of urgency, effectively completing assigned responsibilities and adapting to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
  • Develop and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
  • Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
  • Support the management team in ensuring store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
  • Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
  • Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business forward.
  • Create a positive work environment by maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Model Reebok's values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Requirements
• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed)
