Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that all necessary treatments and interventions are provided in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff.
- Assess and document patient conditions, communicating with the healthcare team as needed to ensure that all necessary information is shared.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
Requirements
- Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an ICU setting.
