Job Summary: We are in search of a dedicated Project Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency. You will utilize your skills to plan, implement, and supervise critical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically define project objectives, develop timelines, and allocate tasks effectively.

  • Evaluate equipment, processes, and systems to pinpoint improvement opportunities – enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment – work closely with design and operations teams for seamless project delivery.

  • Support team development – provide training on equipment usage and maintenance protocols.
  • Deliver insightful progress reports to keep leadership updated.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in engineering or a related discipline (such as food science or industrial technology).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading projects within a technical setting.
  • Proficient in budget management and cost control.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance.
