Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily meetings, tracking business indicators, and maintaining meeting records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination
    • Assist in the organization and facilitation of daily, weekly, and special meetings
    • Prepare meeting minutes and reports to ensure accurate documentation
  • Business Tracking
    • Monitor and track business indicators to inform decision-making
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

    • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Teams

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
