Job Overview

CURE Auto Insurance is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and ensure that their schedule runs smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements and answer phone calls
  • Manage information requests and run personal errands
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations
  • Interact with external clients and receive and respond to visitor inquiries

  • A competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related job experience
