About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with practice physicians and physician leadership. You will also support financial, budget, and business goals, ensuring that staffing is in place to meet the demands of provider work schedules.

This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, wellness plans, retirement benefits, and tuition reimbursement. Additionally, you will have opportunities to participate in our volunteer programs and make a positive impact in your community.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of leadership experience. Prior outpatient clinic leadership experience is highly valued.
